PwC Nigeria has announced the admission of four new partners effective 1 July 2026, as part of PwC Africa’s wider intake of 20 new partners across the region.
The new partners are Adesola Abiodun (Advisory Services), Oluwadamilola Dada (Assurance Services), Ugochi Ndebbio (Tax & Regulatory Services), and Emeka Chime (Tax & Regulatory Services).
PwC said the admissions come at a pivotal time as organisations grapple with rapid technological disruption, evolving stakeholder expectations, and shifting regulatory and economic realities. The new partners bring expertise in advisory, assurance, tax, and regulatory services to help clients navigate change and unlock growth opportunities.
This year’s intake also underscores PwC Africa’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, with women representing 55% of the new partner cohort.
Sam Abu, Country Senior Partner at PwC Nigeria, welcomed the appointments: “Their admission recognises years of exceptional performance and marks their rise to the highest level of the profession. As businesses navigate a world of accelerating change, they need trusted advisers who can help them respond with confidence. Our new partners bring the perspective and leadership to help clients build trust, reinvent, and unlock new opportunities for growth.”
Adesola Abiodun will continue to lead PwC’s Deals Advisory practice, focusing on private capital raising, M&A advisory, and restructuring. He has led fundraising transactions exceeding $10 billion across multiple sectors.
Oluwadamilola Dada brings extensive assurance experience across energy, utilities, and resources, with prior work at PwC USA. She specialises in audit, internal controls, and risk management under IFRS and US GAAP.
Ugochi Ndebbio heads PwC Nigeria’s Regulatory Business Solutions and dispute resolution practice, and serves as General Counsel. She is dual-qualified in law and accounting and active in policy advocacy.
Emeka Chime has over 16 years of tax advisory experience, including international tax consulting during his tenure with PwC Houston. He advises on tax structuring, M&A, and compliance across multiple industries.
The admissions reinforce PwC Nigeria’s role in supporting businesses through complex regulatory environments and advancing professional leadership across Africa.
