Eikon's Decision Africa app covers elections in Africa and provides analyses, data visualisation as well as graphics across a variety of key economic indicators and capital markets.
Refinitiv, a global provider of financial markets data and infrastructure, has announced the launch of a dedicated page for the upcoming Nigerian presidential elections on its Decision Africa app. The app, which is hosted on its financial markets' solution, Eikon, covers elections in Africa and provides analyses, data visualisation as well as graphics across a variety of key economic indicators and capital markets across the continent.
The trading software is an open, connected, informed and intelligent desktop and mobile solution. Its data visualisation tools help users to make more efficient trading and investment decisions across asset classes and instruments, including commodities, derivatives, equities, fixed income and foreign exchange.
According to a statement released by Refinitv on Thursday, the Nigeria election page features breaking news, market data and commentary of the 2019 presidential election, which is scheduled to hold on Saturday, 23 February.
“The Nigeria elections page will keep our clients up to speed on the latest developments in the presidential race,” said Nadim Najjar, Refinitiv’s Managing Director for the Middle East and Africa. “It provides a desktop view for financial professionals who require real-time information as they process and respond to critical political events affecting equity, foreign exchange and fixed income markets in Africa.”
