At a time when infrastructure is shaping Africa’s growth story, this year’s theme sets the tone:

Across the continent, momentum is building — from energy and transport corridors to water systems, industrial hubs, and rapidly growing cities. These sectors are more connected than ever, opening up new opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and real project delivery.

Africa PPP 2026 brings together the people making it happen — governments, investors, DFIs, and developers — in a setting designed to spark conversations that lead to action. Hosted by the Public Private Partnerships Directorate of the Republic of Kenya, this year’s event also shines a light on Kenya’s growing project pipeline, including opportunities across roads, ports, and energy, alongside major developments in urban infrastructure and industrialisation.
